The Firm’s Litigation Department represents medium-sized and large companies, institutions, and private clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.

The firm has comprehensive knowledge and experience in representing international clients, and it maintains daily contact with leading international law firms, inter alia, in the context of joint representation of such clients before local and foreign judicial instances. The firm also has extensive experience in representing private clients and businesses in major disputes relating to contract law, banking law, libel and slander law, tort law, product liability, administrative law, tender law, intellectual property law, and antitrust law.  In addition, the firm specializes in class actions, and in indirect taxation (purchase tax and value added tax), and has represented its clients in matters of legislation before several Knesset committees.

The case of HCJFH 4601/95 Sarussi V. the National Labor Court, which serves as an important milestone in the interpretation of Israeli legislation, is among the most prominent achievements of the firm in the field of litigation. For many years, the firm’s Litigation Department has provided pro bono services as part of the “Reward in Good Deeds” project of the Israel Bar Association, as an expression of the firm’s deep sense of commitment to the community and the Israeli society at large.
