Adv. Bruno specializes in corporate law and commercial law, providing comprehensive legal services in these fields to a wide range of clients- ranging from early-stage private start-ups to multinational companies, international entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, and various types of investors.
In addition, Bruno possesses extensive knowledge and experience in nonprofit law, offering ongoing legal counsel to Israeli nonprofit organizations (Amutot) and public benefit entities.
Bruno’s areas of expertise include, among others:
- Formation of companies, partnerships, and associations in Israel, including full legal support from inception (founders’ agreements, incorporation documents, articles of association), establishment of subsidiaries and branches in Israel for international companies, and providing ongoing legal advice throughout the establishment process.
Bruno represents clients before Israeli authorities and serves as external legal counsel to such entities on a wide range of corporate matters. - Mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, and asset or business acquisitions—representing companies, founders, investors, and investment funds from the term-sheet stage, through legal due diligence, and including drafting and negotiating all related agreements and ancillary documents.
- A broad range of commercial agreements, including in the fields of information technology and high-tech, such as development agreements, licensing agreements, end-user agreements, confidentiality and IP agreements, employment and services agreements, and more.
- Corporate resolutions, legal opinions, and ongoing advisory services across a wide variety of commercial and regulatory matters.
